Terms
The deal between you and us, in plain words. Using ForFans means you agree to it — so it is short enough to actually read.
This is the plain-language version we launch with. A full legal version will replace it before real money moves, and we will say so here when it does.
Who can be here
You have to be 18 or older. ForFans hosts adult content, and we mean it: if you are under 18, please close this page.
One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — whatever happens on your account is on you.
If you create
Before your first upload, a person checks your ID and a selfie. US law (18 U.S.C. §2257) requires records of everyone who appears in adult content, and so do we. If anyone else appears in something you post, they need a signed release on file first.
Your work stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose — subscribers, buyers, or everyone — and nothing more.
What is never allowed
- Anyone under 18, in any way. We remove it, keep the evidence and report it.
- Anything made or shared without the consent of everyone in it.
- Content featuring someone without a release on file.
- Anything illegal where you are or where we are.
- Harassment, threats, pretending to be someone else, scams and spam.
Money
Fans top up a balance with USDT on TRON (TRC-20) and spend from it. Anything sent on another network, or any other token, cannot be recovered — by us or by anyone.
Payments on TRON cannot be reversed, so purchases are final. Custom requests are held until the work is delivered and come back if it is not.
Creators keep 80% of every sale; we keep 20%. Earnings release on the 1st and the 16th. Withdrawals start at $50, go to a TRON address you control, and we pay the network fee.
Commissions, and what happens if they go wrong
The money for a commission is held by us from the moment it is asked for. The creator has a deadline to deliver once they take it on; miss it and the money goes back. Once it is delivered you have a window to look at it and either accept it or raise a problem. Say nothing and it pays out at the end of that window.
If you raise a problem, the creator has 72 hours to answer. If they do not answer, the money goes back to you. If they do, we decide — and we can decide for either of you or split it, because most disagreements are not all one way. Whoever decides writes down why, and both of you are shown it, word for word.
Either of you can ask for a second look within 7 days, and it goes to somebody who did not make the first decision. The money stays where it is until that window closes, so nothing has to be taken back off anyone. After the second look, it is settled.
How we keep it safe
Anything posted publicly is reviewed by a person before anyone sees it. A message or a commission goes to the one person who asked for it and is not reviewed first — report anything wrong with one and we will act on it. We can remove content or close accounts that break these terms, and every decision is recorded with the reason for it. Anyone can report anything — see Support.
When this changes
We will tell you here, with a new date at the top, before a change affects money you already have with us.
